I have enough credits to pay the female twi'lek to move Dak Darnen to a convenient spot, but, that dialogue doesn't come up all I can say is "I don't have enough".

It's probaly a bug, easy fix is to get more credits then needed. I had the same problem went to a merchant sold some items i didn't need and then talked to her again and got the option to pay her.
