Start it as if you're playing kotor2. Just select new game, your character, then start.

what i meant is how do i get to the screen where the button for new game is?

Not sure if I'm understanding your question, but, if you ran the installers for everything then all you have to do is run the game. At the new/load game screen click on new game and away you go. You will notice the words THE JEDI MASTERS on that screen if you did everything correctly.
