i cant get t3m4 to fly to planet x to get revan what do i do?

You must repair the droid (dialog) and then ask about Revan's location - if you have Kreia and Bastila, he'll tell you.
The droid doesn't go with you to the planet.

Aparature Station - you will be able to travel there after Etti quest.
